READ’s key interventions include safe migration for interstate migrants, education for migrant children, healthcare support, and grievance redressal for migrant workers.
In recognition of this work, the Tamil Nadu State Labour Commissioner selected READ for an Appreciation Award, which will give in Chennai on 9 February 2026.
