An awareness programme on beekeeping for tribal families, aimed at enhancing their livelihood opportunities, was held at Hasanur in the district on Monday (September 22, 2025).
The event was organised by the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Chennai office, in coordination with the Rights Education and Development Centre (READ), a Sathyamangalam-based NGO, under the Honey Mission scheme of the Gramodyog Vikas Yojana (GVY).
